Campaign Dialer for B2B teams

Outbound campaigns that put a live agent on the line — not a dead end.

VangisConnect dials your list, plays your message, and the moment someone presses 1 it hands them straight to your call center. Do-not-call, opt-out and calling-hour checks are enforced automatically, on every call, before it's dialed.

How it works

1

Upload your list

A CSV of phone numbers and names — checked against do-not-call and calling-hour rules before anything is dialed.

2

Campaign runs itself

Calls go out at a safe pace, play your greeting, detect voicemail, and log every outcome automatically.

3

Press 1 → your team

Interested callers are bridged live to your call center. Everyone else gets a compliant opt-out path.

What you get

Multi-provider telephony

Plivo, Twilio or Vonage — switch providers without changing a campaign. Answering machine detection included.

Compliance built in

Do-not-call list, press-9 opt-out, calling-hours windows — enforced automatically, before a single call goes out.

Live hand-off

Press 1 bridges the caller straight to your call center (SIP trunk or DID), with a callback message when every line is busy.

Custom greeting

Use the default message, write your own script, or upload a recorded MP3 — per campaign, no code required.

Control from your phone

A Telegram bot and a web panel to configure keys, run health checks, launch and stop campaigns, and watch live stats.

Built for volume

Concurrency and calls-per-second limits keep you under your provider's and your call center's capacity — no overload, no dropped calls.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026. This is a general template describing how VangisConnect campaigns handle data — it is not legal advice. Calling, consent, recording and do-not-call rules vary by country and state (e.g. TCPA in the US, GDPR in the EU); confirm your own obligations with a lawyer before running a campaign.

What we process

What we don't do

Retention

Call records and campaign results are kept for as long as needed for reporting and compliance evidence. Do-not-call entries are kept permanently. You can request deletion of data tied to your own campaigns at any time — see the contact form below.

Your rights

If you've received a call from a campaign run on this platform and want to stop, press 9 during the call, or use the opt-out number announced in the message. To ask about data we hold on you, use the contact form.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. By using VangisConnect to run calling campaigns, you agree to the terms below.

The service

VangisConnect provides outbound press-1 dialing campaigns: it places calls from a list you supply, plays a greeting, and routes callers who press 1 to your call center. We provide the platform; you provide the contact list, the greeting, and the destination it's routed to.

Your responsibilities

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party telephony providers (Plivo, Twilio, Vonage) and your own phone system; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of either. VangisConnect is provided "as is", without warranty, and is not liable for call outcomes, missed calls, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for campaigns that violate these terms, applicable law, or that generate an abnormal volume of complaints or opt-outs. You can stop using the service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
